Make It Weirder
Welcome, Creator.
Before you lies a world of strange creatures and forgotten alchemy. Your guide? A mysterious AI that speaks in riddles. Your goal? Transformation.
Make It Weirder is a meditative sandbox game where you solve poetic, AI-generated quests by combining bizarre creatures. Forget about winning or losing. Here, there are no mistakes, only discoveries.
Key Features:
- True Alchemical Transformation: Don't just swap parts. Fuse creatures to trigger a fundamental transmutation, creating an entirely new being with a unique body and soul. Discover the secret recipes of this world.
- AI-Powered Riddles: The core of the game is a dialogue between you and a playful AI. It provides the inspiration; you provide the creation.
- A Living Ecosystem: Your creations aren't just statues. Thanks to a deep tag system, they gain unique behaviors. Some will fly, some will lumber slowly, and some will even be avoided by others. Your island is a living, breathing experiment.
- Meditative Sandbox: No timers, no pressure. Take your time, experiment, and enjoy the calm, noir jazz atmosphere. Deconstruct your creations at any time by simply holding them for a few seconds.
How It Fits the "Playful AI" Jam Theme:
The game is built entirely around the theme of "Playful AI" through an innovative system called the Auto Generated Cloud (AGC). The AI here is not an enemy or a tool, but a Muse and a Riddler. It generates poetic, abstract quests that serve as a creative spark for the player. The entire game is a dialogue between the player's creativity and the riddles posed by the AI, creating an endless loop of playful experimentation.
Controls:
- Drag & Drop: To move and combine creatures.
- Hold Creature (3 sec): To deconstruct it back into its parts.
- Click on Radio: To toggle the music.

P.S. Apologies if I didn't manage to release the game in time!
